The Big Picture

Looking to reinforce a teamwork message in a creative way?

Teams will be given a topic and must paint on canvas their interpretation of the topic and what it means to them. As the program evolves, the canvases create a large picture that reveals a message highlighting that although we all work on our own tasks - we contribute to team outcomes and are part of a bigger picture.

The results are often quite insightful and enlightening! Once the artwork is all completed, the canvases are all brought to the front of the group and displayed in a specific order which reveals a message to the group. It is a great way to highlight that although we are all working on our own projects, we are all still part of the bigger picture - hence the program name “The Big Picture”.
